Update

Update: the affected ISP proxy IP addresses in Rome and Athens remain unavailable. Replacement IP addresses are being prepared and affected customers' proxies will be transferred to them; some transfers are already under way. Proxy IP addresses that were working after 26 August are not affected and require no action. We will post a further update once the transfers are complete.

Identified

We have identified a partial outage affecting a specific set of ISP proxy IP addresses in Rome and Athens. The affected IP addresses stopped responding from approximately 14:00 UTC on 26 August 2026. Only those IP addresses are impacted; proxy IP addresses that were working after that time, and all other locations, are not affected.

Replacement IP addresses are being prepared exclusively for customers whose proxy IP addresses are affected, and those proxies will be transferred to the new IP addresses. If your proxy IP addresses are working, you are not affected and no action is needed.

We will share further updates as the transfers progress.

Investigating

We are investigating degraded performance affecting some ISP proxy customers in Italy and Greece. Other countries in the region are not affected. Our team is actively looking into it and we will share further updates as we learn more.
