We are investigating a connectivity issue affecting a subset of our North America ISP IP ranges located in New York, United States. Affected customers may experience failed connections or timeouts when using these IPs. Other North America ISP ranges are operating normally.

We are working with our upstream provider to restore service and will share further updates as we learn more.
